General Details
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, shipping is in the control of Australia Post and service interruptions/delays are no longer the responsibility of Comvi
Such delays may be caused by harsh weather conditions or busy delivery periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas. Please check Australia Post website here directly for such updates as well as your tracking link received on dispatch.
For customers outside of Australia, enquiries for lost or missing parcels must be lodged by the customer to the local courier. It is recommended you call or email the courier prior to contacting Comvi to expedite the investigation of your lost parcel. Unless at the fault of Comvi, until an investigation is completed and the item is deemed lost, Comvi shall not be responsible for shipping your items again or refunding your purchase.
Within Australia
- Items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods.
- All parcels are posted via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.
- Standard shipping on all orders to be delivered in Australia incur a $12 fee
- Express shipping on all orders to be delivered in Australia will have a flat fee of $14.99 per order.
- Standard postage within Australia is 2 – 8 business days.
- Express postage within Australia is 1 – 4 business days.

International
Items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods.
- Shipping on all international orders will incur a flat fee of USD$19.99 for express shipping via DHL.
- Express shipping timeframes are currently estimates at 3-6 business days.
Please note, some countries have reported customs charges incurred on international orders outside of Australia. Comvi are not liable for any customs fees.
